Identification and Detection

The PAM system provides contact-free inspection for 100% of products, and registers each with its own ID.


Deviations from preset production parameters raise alerts for production personnel, so that pending issues can be addressed preemptively and proactively.

Trends Reporting

In addition to defect detection, the system also uncovers root causes. When production deviates from preset parameters and alerts are sent to personnel, Yoran Imaging’s Trademarked software, the SPC (statistical process control) collects data from the production process and will grant you full process control.
This phase has been proven to reduce complaints of defective products

by up to 70%.

Advanced Production Management

Through performance capabilities records and AI-based comparisons, Yoran Imaging’s software earmarks looming production problems before they materialize.
